These machines are compatible with CBN wheels, single diamond wheels, and multi-wheel packs, and are designed for truing and dressing angles, flats, and radii. The PROEVision software allows for customized, high-tolerance processes to meet specific production needs.

Our machines feature intuitively placed controls, a swingable monitor and operator console for easy access, and a standard 3-axis digital readout for precise positioning. Additional features include a linear scale with a digital display counter accurate to 0.0001 inches, a swivel angle reader with 0.035-degree increments, and fully enclosed slides with ball screws for enhanced accuracy.

Company Was Established

Shanghai Guicheng Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded and has emerged as one of the earliest players in China, specializing in CNC machines for four-axis end mill grinding and five-axis grinders. Mr. Shen, the founder, brought over 30 years of expertise in tool design and manufacturing to the table

2009 – 2012

Technological Croundwork

During these years, the company focused on laying a solid technological foundation. The R&D team, guided by Mr. Shen’s insights, strived to optimize the design of grinding machines through in-depth research of tool grinding techniques.

2013-2016

Patent Milestones

From 2013 to 2016, Shanghai Guicheng made remarkable strides in intellectual property. It became the first domestic manufacturer to secure invention patents and utility model patents for wheel dressing machines, while also amassing numerous patents and software copyrights for its end mill grinding products

2017-2020

This year, Shanghai Guicheng expanded strategically by establishing a branch in Suzhou, named Suzhou Proe Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
